Frozen Bottle fills the void of a milkshake outlet at R-Galleria and unlike its counterpart, it serves ice-creams jars too.
The place is tiny but has comfortable sitting area. Mind the stools though as they are not very stable especially for children. The rough-edged wooden decor between seats poses a risk of bruising your hand or shoulder.
The staff is courteous, friendly and know what they are serving.
During our couple of visits, we tried Mint Choco Chip Shake, KitKat Oreo Shake, Alphonso Mango Shake, Red Velvet Shake and Nutty Choco Ice-Cream Jar.
The Mint Choco Chip Shake had a dominating flavor of mint and was a delighter. KitKat Oreo Shake again was good. It lacked the Oreo taste but KitKat flavor was easily identifiable.
Alphonso Mango Shake is a season special. It was quite disappointing to see mango ice-cream being used to make the shake with just a few fresh mango pieces being added before serving the bottle. When it is a seasonal specialty, it is expected to be made from fresh mangoes. It didn’t even taste that great so definitely not on my preferred list.
The Red Velvet Shake stated true to its name and a little sugary. If you like red velvet cake, this experiment might not disappoint you.
The Nutty Choco Ice-Cream Jar we tried was made with dark chocolate and topped with nuts. All of us liked it. Worth repeating during future visits.
Strictly from a price point of view, the place rates a little low on VFM proposition.
